I design experiences that hold up under pressure, and I build up the people who make them.
16+ years across UX, Service Design, and Strategy, from game engines at EA to compliance systems at OneTrust. I believe design is a team sport, and I spend as much energy growing the people around me as I do on the work itself.

Building a Trustworthy
Privacy Experience
420 million misclassified records. Every one a potential compliance violation. At OneTrust, I redesigned the Issues Management migration system for 14,000 enterprise clients — turning a zero-adoption data liability into a self-service compliance tool that reduced time-to-value from months to days. The work didn't stop at the handoff. I used AI-assisted workflows to build three research-driven prototypes — closing gaps that client interviews had surfaced but the engagement never had time to address.

How do we make
this tool delightful?
How do you design tools that work seamlessly across dozens of studios and hundreds of developers? As Lead UX Designer for Frostbite Core Systems (SCENE), I transformed complex game engine tooling into intuitive workflows that power EA's biggest franchises.

Chaos to Cohesion
Unity had scattered content, inconsistent UX, and no search. Developers couldn't find what they needed across 3 million+ fragmented documentation pages. Teams were creating duplicate content, users were abandoning the platform, and support tickets were piling up. I built a unified experience.

Redefining Enterprise
Onboarding
I redesigned Intelex's document import process, cutting implementation time from months to days and saving hundreds of support hours — proof that strategic UX drives revenue.

Voices from the
people I've built with.

“Chris is an outstanding professional who has shown high strength in designing solutions for clients. He has absorbed a great deal of knowledge while collaborating with multiple teams to build his strategies, combined with a high level of curiosity, he has acquired invaluable knowledge within the content architecture domain that has helped him to create holistic solutions within the UX spectrum.
He combines a great balance between different skill sets that include a strong knowledge in design, user analysis, usability, and content architecture including SEO and accessibility approach in his deliverables. No doubt these are outstanding capabilities that get translated into great creative thinking methodology that as a result, he uses to produce great visual outcomes for wireframes, prototypes, and ready-to-go UI designs.
I think the cherry on top for Chris is his strong communication skills that engages everyone around him, creating an inclusive environment when talking to clients thanks to his 3D presentations, which includes 3 pillars: visual, audio and kinaesthesia. This communication skill has helped him also to prepare documentation, and train other members in the team for better and more efficient collaboration.
Without a doubt, Chris is a very talented and Senior UX specialist who bases his seniority in real, vast, and palpable knowledge within a wide spectrum that has a big impact on the overall Software Development Life Cycle. He is a key member for any team, and the one I would always carry with me in any project.

“Chris brings a passion to everything he does, which is infectious. I have often described him as the beating heart of the UX team.”
I had the pleasure of hiring and managing Chris for the past few years. I have always found Chris’ energy and enthusiasm to be a strong asset on any project that he gets involved in. He brings a passion to everything he does, which is infectious.
Chris is driven by a desire to keep digging deep into the hows and whys of every initiative. He is fearless even when tackling something new or outside of his regular skillset. I can always trust him to give it his all.
Chris is a team player, collaborative and engaging. He knows how to bring out the best with people he works with. I can trust him to put people first in any project he works on.
Over the years, he has become someone I can always rely on to deliver projects regardless of complexity. He is definitely a strong value add to any UX organization. I look forward to seeing where he goes from here.

“Chris joined my team at Frostbite as a Senior Experience Designer. From the first time I met him I was impressed by his communication and presentation skills. He was always eager to share his screen and walk us through his previous work and the thinking behind it.
Once on board, Chris immediately filled a long-standing gap in UX. His robust iteration loops combined with a gift for articulating user experience challenges made it easy to collaborate with him. Our design reviews were efficient, inspiring and fun. He takes genuine joy in understanding end users, always asking thoughtful questions and translating findings into concrete UX improvements.
Chris’s adaptability is truly remarkable — a new environment, new processes or new teams never slow him down. He’s a powerhouse of UX knowledge, and any team fortunate to have him on board will only regret one thing: that they didn’t have him sooner.

“Chris’s biggest strength is his professionalism in dealing with a mix of priorities on complex design projects. He is able to gain alignment through his listening skills and his adeptness at giving clear presentations.
I highly recommend Chris as a designer, team mate, and advocate for the users of the product.”

“Christopher demonstrated a deep understanding of our users and their needs, which allowed him to create user-centered designs that were both intuitive and efficient. He was instrumental in conducting user research, collating data and transforming insights into actionable design decisions, which greatly contributed to the success of the project.
Their talent, professionalism, and dedication to excellence make them an outstanding product designer and an asset to any team.”
